Kai Stainless belongs under an Aggressive heading for a different reason than Feather. It’s very sharp, but the blade is also slightly wider than a typical DE blade, which can increase exposure and give a razor noticeably more blade feel and efficiency. Many shavers find Kai smoother and a little more forgiving than Feather, but that extra exposure means the razor itself plays an unusually large role in how the blade behaves. In a mild razor it can be a terrific way to turn up the performance; in a more exposed setup, you’ll know it’s there.
