Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Preorders
Shave Compass may offer preorders on select products, including limited Expeditions and other curated releases that are not available for immediate fulfillment.

Payment for a preorder is collected in full at checkout. The applicable product page will state the preorder period, estimated shipping timeline, and any product-specific conditions.

Preorder Cancellations
Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, cancellation requests may be submitted by contacting me at brad@shavecompass.com and may be accommodated until the applicable preorder period closes.

Once the preorder period has closed and Shave Compass has begun purchasing, preparing, or allocating inventory specifically for the release, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

Minimum Order Requirements
Some preorder releases may require a minimum number of orders to proceed. When a minimum applies, it will be stated on the applicable product page.

If the required minimum is not reached by the end of the stated preorder period, affected orders will be cancelled and fully refunded to the original payment method. Customers will be notified by email if this occurs.

Fulfillment
Preorder products do not follow the standard processing timeline for in-stock products. After the preorder period closes, qualifying preorders move into procurement, preparation, and fulfillment according to the estimated timeline stated on the applicable product page.

Once a preorder has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to the Shave Compass Return Policy.

Subscriptions and Try Before You Buy
Shave Compass does not currently offer subscription purchases or try-before-you-buy options.
