Feather Hi-Stainless is one of wet shaving’s benchmark blades, much like Astra SP at the opposite end of the spectrum. It’s extremely sharp and cuts with very little effort, but that performance comes with less forgiveness when pressure or angle gets sloppy. That combination of sharpness, efficiency and demand on technique is what puts Feather under an Aggressive heading. The first few shaves tend to show Feather at its most intense, and while it will keep going beyond that, some of that trademark sharpness begins to soften.
